Operation to rescue an unfortunate dog who fell into a manhole

One day a couple, Thomas and Eva , who have been helping homeless animals for many years, were told by telephone that a dog was whining in one of the sewer manholes. The well was open, and the dog accidentally fell down there, and he could not get out on his own. At the bottom of the hole there were shards of broken bottles and the animal managed to cut his paws while he was struggling to get out.

And so this poor fellow sat in captivity and barked occasionally, trying to draw attention to himself. Some passersby couldn’t pass by indifferently and called the volunteers.

Thomas and Eva arrived half an hour later. The man put the cuffs on his hands and began to descend into the well. The dog turned out to be wild and tried to bite Thomas. But the volunteer is trained to communicate with such animals and began to calm the dog by talking.

The dog meekly fell silent, and the rescue worker at this time threw a noose around the animal’s neck, and put the other end of the leash under the stomach.

Eva helped her husband in every way possible, holding the leashes so that the dog could not even move. Thomas took advantage of the dog’s immobility and put a muzzle on it. Then they took the poor dog upstairs.

He was certainly frightened and did not realize how lucky he was to find himself free again. After all, if the dog had not been rescued, he could have died of dehydration and starvation in a matter of days. But thanks to the couple, the dog was freed from his confinement.
